Process
As a professional architectural firm, we always aspire to provide the best architectural services to our clients. To ensure that, our team of architects follows up on the design from the very first stages until the final touches. Following this strategy, ASBA guarantees the client’s needs and wishes are met.
RESEARCH
During the research phase, our team pursues two parallel directions. The first is to discuss the client closely, acknowledge his needs and requirements, and understand his view of the project and how he imagines it to be.
The other direction is examining the project’s merits, location, and area, analyzing the pros and cons of the site, and examining ways to implement the client’s requirements on the ground.
THINK & SKETCH
At this stage, we collect the scattered ideas and transform them into sketches and illustrations that reflect the results of the previous research stage. By involving the client during this phase, we develop an initial design scheme for the project, a work schedule, an expected budget, and a preliminary table of quantities.
DEVELOP
By this time, we finalize the working drawings and submit them to get authorized by the municipality. Then we agree with the chosen builder and contractor on the budget and elaborate on the working schedule by the client, the architect, and the general contractor. At the end of this stage, we finish the detailed drawings that are required for the builder while at the same time waiting for municipality approval.
MANAGE & SUPERVISE
Once the building process starts, we administrate the construction by visiting the field and monitoring the bills. We oversight the process to guarantee the general contractor is following the design we did and was approved by the municipality.
We also prepare immediate solutions for the conditions that couldn’t have been expected and occurred at the site.
