On the shores of the Aegean Sea, we designed a family villa that occupies an area of 1320 m2 in Bodrum city. The main facade has a panoramic sea view; therefore, we used curtain walls at the sea facade to take full advantage of the view. The ground floor is the active zone of the villa, as our client requested all the entertainment rooms and activities to be located on the ground level. It has a gym room, entertainment room, kitchen, and bathrooms. Also, it has a massage and healing room that faces an eye-catching artificial waterfall. Moreover, we distributed the living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, dining areas, and kitchenettes on the first and second floors.

As for the landscape, we promoted the presence of greenery and added a big swimming pool. Also, we designed a barbeque area that is attached to the house and a pleasant fireplace next to it.
